My little girl was 6 months old when I viewed the nursery then Balmore Kindergarten, Now Bright starts day nursery. I instantly fell in love with it and the staff. I still feel the exact same as I did, When I first viewed it. The changes that have been made since the new owners and management team have taken over have been for the better. The neutral colours that they have throughout the nursery is so welcoming and has a lovely home feeling towards it. All of the new resources for learning and exploring are fantastic. My little girl has been attending since she was 8 months old, the development, confidence, independence and life skills she has gained from attending is just unbelievable. The relationship she has with all staff in all the rooms is amazing I love how much she feels at home comfortable, loved, safe and secure. I can not fault this nursery from the security entrances, The app Family we use to communicate and see daily pictures of my daughter living her best life. Down to the food that’s provided fresh and healthy meals prepared within the nursery. The fees are so reasonable and nappies and wipes are included too. You’d be silly not to book a viewing or save a place for your little one to attend here.

Carrie has been such a breath of fresh air for Balmore kindergarten, in such a short time she has implemented changes that seem to benefit the kids, the parents & the nursery staff too. Simple changes like having a back office/management presence front of house, it feels very welcoming. I love the Famly app also, we as parents get real time photos, updates & messages, I find this much more convenient than scrolling through social media. Carrie is great at recognising the good work of her team & often posts to promote their amazing efforts. I think Carrie is a real asset to the nursery & truly believe there will be more great things to come.
