Hi, I have worked in childcare for around 8 years now, firstly working within a nursery and gaining my SVQ level 3 qualification. I gained experience within another nursery for a while before joining the team at Bright Starts nursery as a Practitioner around 5 years ago. I have developed within my career whilst here and my role now is now Senior Lead, which I’m really enjoying. The best part about this role is supporting staff to deliver high-quality care, play and learning for all the children within our nursery. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I have a great passion for interior design, upcycling furniture and charity shop bargains!
